How can i slove car that is jerking on the transmmision

Car manufacturers eliminated dipsticks from transmissions. Too many people were installing the wrong fluid. YOu have to pull the fill plug and check level that way

then that probable wasnt the problem

transmmision service , if not fixed, possible faulty solonoid.

The light will reset when the transmission problem is repaired.

Go to your local AutoZone store and obtain a Hayne's Repair manual for your specific year and model. It will show you the placement of all the 02 sensors.

Tell me what the transmission is doing that you do not like.Yes there is a fuse(trans or ec2)in the fuse box that powers the transmission.No there is no modulator.

If it is working ok leave it alone or take to a professional. Procedure is complicated. Not just a drain and fill.

How do you know it's bad? There's a lot of things that can happen that will cause the transmission to behave in ways it shouldn't. Is it automatic? If it's not shifting right, it could be a number of things. Is it a manual? There could be a lot of things that cause trouble there. Post more info on what it is and how it's supposedly bad, and we can go from there.
