SOURCE: how to replace front broken wheel stud on a '02
Remove wheel, brake caliper and rotor. Give the broken lug a good shot with a decent weight hammer and drive it out of the hub flange. Put new stud into hole, place a stack of washers on it and place the lug nut on backwards (flat side in)
Use oil on the threads to prevent binding, tighten lug 'till stud is seated, replace everything you removed.

Shackles are pretty straight forward. Remove the existing bolts, change the shackles and reverse the procedure to install. Good idea to change the bushings while you're in there if they are at all questionable. It's best to do this with the CJ in the air, supported on the frame and use a floor jack under the axle to lift/lower the spring in/out of the shackle, one side at a time.

Use the same bolt holes the front bumber uses. You may have to build a bracket that attaches to the frame horns where the bumper mounts and using longer bolts (grade 8) pinch the bumper between the mount and the frame horns. Attach your tow tongue to this mount.

SOURCE: I NEED ADVICE ON REPLACING
First take some pictures before disassemble the vehicle, pay attention to the areas where bolts are so you put the correct one back .
get some zip lock bags as you remove bolts and nuts put them in the bag and mark it (Example Rh Fender ) also the will need torx head tools for the bolts, screws, nuts.
You will need to remove
1) remove the bumper
2) remove center grill
3) remove header panel or front fiberglass panel. bolts on edges for this panel gets accessed bye removing the splash sheild to gain access to the back side of the header panel.
4) remove fenders and just reverse the procedure when reassembling
Good luck
