SOURCE: how to change front wheel bearings on 2002 ford

these are pressed in wheel bearing assemblies. axles need to be removed out of the spindle and either a special tool to do it on the car needs to be used or the entire spindle removed and carefully pressed in and out. if you so choose to take this venture on i would suggest taking the spindle off by removing the brake caliper, rotor, axle nut, 2 bolts for the strut, lower ball joint, and tie rod. once this has been done and the pieces are in your hand take it to some place like napa or a local repair shop and pay them to do the press work.

SOURCE: what is the torque specs for the front wheel

Ford Front wheel bearings do have a torque spec. It is all over the new part to torque to MFR spec or damage will occur.
I have no idea what that spec is though.

SOURCE: whats the torque specs on a 2001 ford focus 2.0

You need to buy the manual, because you also need to know the order in which to torque them.
http://www.car-stuff.com/mmparts/ford-focus/repair_manual.html
usually you start at the middle and circle outward.
But they can differ. Some cars you always need to put in new head bolts. Others are done in several stages. This is too critical to take chances on.
If you really can't afford $19 for a manual, go to the library and xerox the pages.

Need torque for ford wlt 2.5L turbo main bearings and conrod bearings

The torque specifications for the main bearings and connecting rod bearings in a Ford WL/WLT 2.5L Turbo engine may vary depending on the specific model year and engine configuration. However, as a general guideline, here are the torque specifications for the main bearings and connecting rod bearings in this engine:
Main bearings:
  1. Torque the main bearing cap bolts in three stages in the following sequence:Stage 1: 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)
    Stage 2: 80 Nm (59 lb-ft)
    Stage 3: 90 degrees
  2. After the final torque of 90 degrees, check the bolt stretch with a torque angle gauge. The stretch should be between 0.15mm and 0.30mm.
Connecting rod bearings:
  1. Torque the connecting rod cap bolts in two stages in the following sequence:Stage 1: 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)
    Stage 2: 90 degrees
  2. After the final torque of 90 degrees, check the bolt stretch with a torque angle gauge. The stretch should be between 0.15mm and 0.30mm.
It is important to note that these torque specifications are general guidelines and may vary based on the specific model year and engine configuration. Always refer to the manufacturer's service manual or consult a certified mechanic for the exact torque specifications for your specific vehicle
