I need to know the sequence and pounds of pressure applied to head bolts for 2002 grand vitara heads.

The haynes book is not recommended since there are numerous mistakes and they still will not update. One of the biggest is the firing order.
The factory service manual is the only way to go.
Head bolts - 46 - 50.5 lbs (there is an order sequence for the bolts)
Intake & exhuast manifolds- 13.5 - 20 lbs
Flywheel - 41.5 - 47 lbs
Clutch cover - 13.5 - 20 lbs

Install cylinder head to block.
After applying oil to
cylinder head bolts, tighten them gradually
as follows.
(1)Tighten all bolts to 53 N.m (5.3 kg-m,
38.5 lb-ft) according to
numerical order in sequence
(2)In the same manner as in (1), tighten
them to 84 N.m
(8.4 kg-m, 61.0 lb-ft).
(3) Loosen all bolts until tightening torque is reduced to 0 in
reverse
order of tightening.
(4)In the same manner as in (1), tighten them to 53 N.m
(5.3 kg-m, 38.5 lb-ft).
(5) In the same manner as in (1) again, tighten them to
specified
torque....105 N.m (10.5 kg-m, 76.0 lb-ft)
