When ypu turn on eithet front signal they work correctly but bpth flash in back
Trace the wiring harness at the rear to see if its rubbed through anywhere. Check all plugs are fully home and plugs pins are in good condition, not corroded or wet. Next check the ground leads on both rear lights to see if its an earth fault sending current to both bulbs. Next, remove one bulb and see if the other functions normally. Then try other way round. See if that shows up any fault.
Also, if you have a trailer socket, check that for cross connection etc.

There is a flasher module that causes the flashers to blink, ususally in or near the fuse box, may want to try changing it. However, if your hazards work, this is probably not the problem. My guess is there is a switch inside the steering column that the signal arm closes when moved, the switch may be bad.

There is a fuse under the hood in the fuse/relay box by the driver side fender marked LR TURN that is probably blown, each corner has own fuse.

its a wild chance, check to see if you have trailer towing wiring/connectors, there could be a short between wires there,, does the flashing malfunction appear on dash signals or outside car? marty
SOURCE: 94 Gmc Jimmy left turn signals work, but righr
If they come on when turned to the right but don't flash I would say flasher unit. I've seen it before. If they don't even come on most likely switch is culprit.
SOURCE: tail lights work on both sides. turn signal and
check fuse to driver side turn signal lamp.check brake light bulb or replace bulb on driver side.also replace the front driver side turn signal bulb that is flashing fast.
