suspect it's your rack. The pump is working fine it you can turn left with no problems. Use to call it morning sickness, cars would be hard to turn untill it warmed up... hope this helps.

1. Place the ignition switch in the off position.
2. Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for 10 seconds or more. It's in the under hood fuse box. Put the temp in full cold.
3. Install the fuse.
4. Start the engine. DO NOT TOUCH THE HVAC CONTROLS FOR LESS THAN 45 SECONDS.
5. Have any codes cleared with a scan tool.
