ITS part of the alternator. Check it directly at the alternator if u can. It sounds like an alternator starting to go. Have it ckd if u can. It should be reading 14- 14.5 volts at the battery.
Does it have any power when you start moving? I've seen a lot of plugged catalytic converters. You may want to have an exhaust back-pressure test done.
