I changed the thermostat now I have no heat?
SOURCE: engine block does not heat up
Therefore, the fan clutch is bad and should be replaced... I don't remember if I said or thought this in the beginning, or if I just thought you had checked it. Anyhow, change it and you're done!!!

Sounds as though you may have an air pocket trapped in the engine block. Try this - after the engine is cooled down take the radiator cap off and jack the front end of the jeep up in the air and support with jack stands. Allow the vehicle to sit like this over night and when you come out in the morning inspect the fluid level and fill as necessary to proper level. You may have to do this twice to get all of the air pocket out of the system. There are other ways but this is the easiest to do without causing allot of frustration. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: very low heat output
Sounds as if your new thermostat is set at a lower operating temp. Assuming your Cooling system is full of Antifreeze and no airpockets present.

SOURCE: Flushed radiator. Changed thermostat because prior
Air in the system. Run the engine with the cap off, rev the engine up and this will help purge the air. Fill as needed and keep check on it for a few days.
