Check power to the starter motor solenoid. If this is getting power when cranking, then the issue is with the starter motor solenoid or starter motor. Replace.
You need to replace the heater blower motor the motor brushes are worn out. The blower is under the dash on the drivers side and is a simple bolt in job once the lower dash panel is removed.
Faulty blower motor resistor or the blower motor itself is faulty.Check for power at the motor with the ignition and the fan switches turn on and if you have power and the fan motor does't come on then replace the motor.
check the fuse first with a test light, then, check the voltage to the 2 wires for the blower motor also with ignition on without running the engine. let me know how that turns out for the rest of the instructions
