you need to bleed your master cylinder also. you are going to need help pumping on the brakes. and you can bleed your brakes on the master cylinder lines just you bleed your brakes.
shop vac the carpet dry then spray garden hose around both rear doors or around doors and see if you get wet or see a leak. Also spray under vehicle on both sides of car and check for leak.
Well, do you suspect rain? If not, a/c water does this. It is remarkably clean, compared to other leaks...Look for little black press on hoses about 1/2 inch in diameter...often dislodged in error by a foot or repair guy.....
This drain comes from the very bottom of the heater box areas...
remove the egr valve take a piece of clothes rack or a tiny tiny screw driver carefully clean out carbon in the intake port hole on the intake.the carbon blocking off the egr valve.so it cant work properly.after cleaning carbon clean up the debris and go from there.

You either need a new DPFE valve, or a new EGR valve. Both can be tested for functionality before replacing them both. EGR valve is more likely I think. Cleaning it may not improve its performance, but its worth a try. Also check the vacuum lines between the DPFE and EGR system. The EGR valve and DPFE are usually close together above the exhaust manifold/downpipe. you need service instructions to test these items, suggest you go to a garage really...
Have you by any chance jacked up the passenger side, or got vehicle on a hoist to make sure there isn't any plugs on the underside that may have fell out? They could be round or oval metal or rubber plugs, probably in that area.
