Interchange manual what years fit calipers

Try local diy auto recycle yard, they usually have an electronic interchange manual. Otherwise look for 83 part on ebay. they will tell you all the models and years the part will fit. I will guess that it will NOT.

no. There is no interchange from Ford to GM. They have totally diferent manufacturer specifications and attachements.

Yes, as the only difference i see, is that the 2000 models have dual piston calipers, stiffer springs, larger rear spring spacers, and different gear ratios. You might have to swap your gears out of the 2000 into the 97, and use your 2000 springs if you want to retain your original ridehight, I think the calipers are interchangeable directly.

Yes, they will interchange, although you might run into different brake calipers, and different gear ratios. 2000 models have stiffer springs, and double piston brake calipers, but you could use your old springs to retain your old ride height, Im sure with your old parts, and newer parts, you shouldn't have any problems mix and matching what you need. Everything will bolt right up, even if you have to use your old calipers on the newer fron axle or vice versa. Im 98% sure you won't have any problems swapping in 2000 year parts to your 1997 year truck.

you can find this yourself with a little effort. call a junkyard and ask them or look up a recycler site and find the interchange number, any other motor with the same interchange number will fit, or more precisely the block will fit. you may have to swap accessories and a flywheel if you are going from auto to manual or vice versa.
