Ac is not blowing cold air on 2009 chevy aveo

Question edited for clarity.

It could be many things.
AC / Heater Switch
AC Clutch
Fuses and Relays.
Body Control Module communication issue.

the gas from the compressor is pumped to the condenser to be turned back to liquid to go to the TX valve to be released and be turned back to gas
if the condenser is blocked , the gas is turned into liquid by the high pressure generated by the compressor in that line
from the condenser on there will be low pressure as the compressor forms a vacuum back to the condenser
the low side is the hose from the evaporator to the compressor
the high side id the hose from the compressor to the condenser

There may be too much Freon in it, a leak, AC fan not engaging, ac controls not working properly. Many poss. Have it ckd professionally

Yes when it reaches about 450 PSI on the high side it will blow off. Very loud and looks like smoke.

Someone may have OVER-CHARGED it. If the system fluctuates from cool to cold, it could be that there is too much refrigerant in the system.

The guage needs to read between 35/40 psi.. If its much higher you may be overfull, this causes it to not cool.. Fix by letting some freon out, then top it back to needed pressure.. If pressure is correct, it would be a clog in the system.. Usually an orafice tube or accumulator..good luck!

If the system is running right, a quick check is to see if the cold side of the compressor lines are sweating/condensation. Then most likely the system is good. The A/C filter, called a dryer, isn't changed unless you have a catastrophic compressor failure, ie lots of metal in the lines. The cabin air filter has nothing to do with the A/C system. Assuming you have a good system and not getting cool air inside the cabin. The blend door motor is bad or it could be just unplugged. These are usually locate under the dash, in front of the console, on the drivers side. Some times on the passenger side. I do many makes and models of cars, So I can't tell you exactly where yours is. Hope this helps.

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

Blower motor under the passenger side dash maybe the problem ! Testing electrical circuit would need to be done to see if that is the problem .

Please give me the cheapest possible fixes first. Sorry , but it doesn't work like that . Testing to find the problem an then replace the part or fix the wiring etc. Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop .
