SOURCE: 2004 Chevy Silverado AC is blowing warm air on passenger side.

You have dual zones that are controlled by temperature actuators the passenger side has lost its memory or has gone bad you can put it in self programming by disconnecting the battery for ten minutes then hook it back up start the truck turn the temperature control on but do not touch any other controls let it go thru the self programming for about 6 to 7 minutes then select your temperature you want if it still does not work properly you may have a bad actuator or a bad connection at the actuator

SOURCE: On my 2003 Chevy Silverado, the A/C compressor

either the fuse, relay, low pressure switch on the low side line near the receiver, your actually low on R-12 freon/refrigerant R134a,or the magnetic coil that holds the clutch in to turn the compressor is bad,you can test all the above problems with a 12 volt tester and a manifold gauge for refrigerant and add R134a legally, but you need a license to purchase R-12 and install it

Vents in truck blow hot air all the time

Maby a bad a/c control panel. Or the wiring harness is shot. I would check wires for good connectivity and no burnt wires, and check all of the fuses for a start

My 07 Chevy express van 3500 6.0 engine, we had the AC compressor replaced. It stopped blowing, replaced the resistor and blower motor. AC keeps blowing the 20 amp fuse under the drivers seat!

Insure that the 20 amp fuse is the correct size. Might it be shown to use a 30? Otherwise, when compressor was replaced, was drier, orifice tube replaced and proper amount of oil added?

2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 z71 4x4 the ac wont kick off after key is out of the ignition and it only blows hot air.

I am assuming you mean the blower will not stop with the key off.
The compressor can't run with the engine off.
I would look for a stuck blower relay.

Usually a blend door problem, either the control or the blend door itself.

2002 Chevy Express 1500. A/C Full of freon, fan blows hot air and not cold at all. What can it be?

check all fuses first. does ac compressor come on? if not, unplug pressure switch in low pressure line near where you add freon and short across pigtail. comes on now and cools? replace switch. if not plug back in. apply manual voltage to ac compressor. comes on and cools? if not compressor or clutch is bad. if it does, check ac relay. that's about all you can do with limited tools in the driveway. if no progress has been made, time to take it to the pros.

2004 MALIBU MAXX A/C BLOWS HOT AIR

Could be several things. The fuse relay to the AC compressor could be bad. The system may need to be recharged due to lack of refrigerant the compressor will not work unless it has enough.
