possible causes are:

Dirty throttle body
Electric throttle control actuator incorrectly adjusted/faulty/damaged
Air leak on Intake
Poor electrical connection to the Intake Air Control valve

P0507 KIA Idle Air Control IAC System RPM Higher Than Expected

Possible causes- EGR volume control solenoid valve harness is open or shorted
- EGR volume control solenoid valve circuit poor electrical connection
- EGR volume control solenoid valve
- EGR temperature sensor and circuit

you need to replace the egr valve..mounted on front cylinder head just above alternator..disconnect battery while you replacing it..have seen code come back even after replacing valve..this should cure problem

Replace the EGR valve to correct this problem.

Intake manifold gasket. Leaking where intake meets head.

i had that problem, you need to get your head gasket replace.
