Check your fuses then the blend door motor

If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/david_4c166ba81493f541

Testimonial: "Yes I checked all the fuses and relays under the hood on the right side on the console and even the fuse box behind the passenger side tire in the trunk... All relays and fuses are in tact and good. I changed the entire climate control unit in the csar same proble... Plenty of freon in the system. so... So all I can seem to find left to replace is the moade actuator blend. Is there a way to test the old one before I buy the new one? Like can I remove the actuator and test it some how? Also does this vehicle have more than one or is it just the one on the right side of the steering colum attatched to the what appearsd to be the main box for the heating and air... As I said before the only ting that works is the blower perfect on all speed but no temp control only blows out abient temp air and onely air comes from the panel vents no matter where you try to change the flow on the climate control no foot air no window defrost now foot vent air and the ac button now the recycled air flow or fresh air flow.. Jusat the vents does this seem to be the actuator not working.. Does this actuator control wether or not the ac runs or the positioning of the air flow and the recycled vs. fresh air circulation? I cannot think of anything else it can be related to... I still have the dash broken down to the point of being able to get to anything under the open dash well actualy my 17 year old son will will have to get under there as I am to old to go crawling under the dash and working in such a confined area... He is in his 1st year almost finished of becomeingf a certified licenced mechanic... So any other suggestions , advice or alternate theories will be VERY much apprectiated... I need to get this done asap I live in florida and it rains everyday at the same time my wife has to drive it and I really need the car in full working condition she has ou youngest that she takes to and rpicks up from day care it is very close to needing the ac on and having the window defroster working to keep them safe... Again thanke everyone for your help aqnd advice in advance... Sincerely Robert Stabile"

Removing a seat is the easiest way to work under a dash for any extended amount of time. there should be two motors on the HVAC system one for the vents and one for the temp control. One bad part will keep the system from working, its hard to troubleshoot a electrical problem(about the toughest repairs) make sure all connectors and GROUNDS are clean. If power is comming in, it needs a out.

SOURCE: There is no air flow

You need part GM Part number 89018675 or ACDelco 15-73596. The Mode Selector Actuator. What happens is the part is a CHEAP part POORLY designed and when it goes to turn the flaps inside the HVAC unit its the plastic gear slips instead of turning the flap!!!

Just to forward you you might want a deal to install this art for you unless your good at fixing your own vehicle, because you need SMALL sockets and a lot of patience to get this part in!!!

The part is ALMOST directly above the steering shaft for your steering wheel, so theres a lot you got to remove before you will even see them!!!

I only recommend you to have a dealer put this part in for you, unless you have your own service manual!!

Because there is 5 of these darn things and if you pick the wrong one you will have to do it all over again!!!

3 on the Drivers side and 2 on the Passengers side!!

But replacing this part SHOULD solve all your problems!! AS it did for me and i was having the same issues as you have described!!

SOURCE: 04 Chevy Tahoe Climate control issues.

HVAC control head problem or it is the air Temp Control Valve problem. THe control head is the one with the buttons and knobs and the control vavle is located on the HVAC carrier assembly underneath dashboard (two of them one on left and one on right in center). This is a job for someone who has knowledge of HVAC and electrical on a GM vehicle.

SOURCE: 2003 Trailblazer No air from front face vents

first check to see if you have power going to the actuators when you switch the switch to it location if no power replace controller if you have power and no movement from actuators replace actuator. if actuators move remove hvac box and check for broken blend doors.

I have a 2003 Envoy XL, 116K miles. Yesterday as I was driving I noticed that the AC blower speed was not changing as I pressed the buttons to change speed. If you shut the entire climate control unit off,...

You need to replace the BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL MODULE. its up under the dash, near the blower motor. Your dealer or a AC DELCO parts house will have it in stock, very common problem.

I have a 2000 Dodge Intrepid 2.7L DOHC Engine - Climate Control

Might be the same....You may want to do the diagnosis proceedure. Alot of times its the door actuators. Servos in replace of old cable design. Usually it will be a code 46. DOOR BLEND ACTUATOR SHORT TO BATTERY.
The DTC's can be checked with the MTC control and the Odometer Display of the Mechanical Instrument Cluster if a DRBIII® scan tool is not available. The MTC control can only be placed into the diagnostic mode while the engine is running and the vehicle is not moving. To place the system into it's diagnostic mode, adjust the MTC control to the following settings:
  1. The engine must be running with vehicle not moving.
  2. The fan speed set to any speed except OFF.
  3. The temperature control knob in full cold (full counterclockwise position).
  4. The mode control knob must be placed in Defrost position (full clockwise position).
  5. The A/C button can be On or Off.
  6. Press and hold the rear window defogger (EBL) button until the mechanical instrument cluster odometer display indicates an "AC00". The BCM will chime once and the MTC A/C button LED will begin blinking.
  7. Release the EBL button and wait until the MTC A/C button LED stops blinking. This means that the error check and climate control door calibration is complete. NOTE: It is important that no other control knob or button is pushed until all DTC's are read. Pushing any button except the A/C button or turning a control knob will end the diagnostic test without showing the rest of the DTC's. There also may be other DTC's stored in the BCM not related to the climate control system. These DTC's can only be found using the DRBIII® scan tool.
DTC's related to the MTC control head will appear on the odometer display in numerical form after the letters "AC". The odometer display will return to normal operation if no DTC's are found. If a problem is found, then the odometer will display the letters "A/C" followed by the DTC number. The odometer display can only show one DTC at a time. Under certain circumstances, more than one DTC could be in the memory. To scroll through any additional DTC's, press the A/C button on the MTC control. The BCM will beep each time the A/C button is pushed. Continue pushing the A/C button and recording the DTC's until the odometer returns to normal operation (note the letters AC will dissapear.

Air conditioning blowing hot air

ok could be one of 3 things. 1 you may be out of freon. (proly spelt that wrong) 2. compresser could be bad. 3 the clutch on your compresser might not be engaging. when trucks running turn ac on and see if the front of your compresser spins or not. if it does clutch is good. but it could be that your compresser is still bad. either way i recomend you go for freon and start there. when they fill it they will tell you for sure wether or not your compresser is bad.
