Search engine bay fusebox locate horn relay remove, tap with screwdriver handle, put back in place. Still does not work open horn cover in steering wheel.

Check the connection to the horn? be sure they are properly grounded. Also the horn switch on the steering wheel may be not making a connection with the ring plate behind the steering wheel and before the column.
you will find a fuse labeled HORN and a relay labeled HORN in the under hood fuse flock. Pull either of those to stop the horn from blowing.
If you need info on how to fix it i can help. You will need a test light or a voltmeter.
You can also try swapping the horn relay with another relay in the fuse block that is the same. If the horn works normally than the relay is bad and will need to be replaced.
Ford horns are famous for this disconnect the black ground wire from the horn front of vehicle next to radiator. This will stop it for noe you will need to replace the horn all the parts houses have them. Good Luck
