First I tried soldering the flasher relay. that did not work. I checked fuses, they were goon (no.4 fuse) on panel.I replaced flasher relay. now I have no flasher or turn signals. Are there other fuses I could be looking for?
SOURCE: turn signals and hazard flashers quit working
There are two possible locations for the relay.
First in the fuse panel, close to the bottom.
Second, in some models they put the darn thing behind the dash in the center of the car, it's a real pain to get to if it's that one.
Good luck

the actual hazard lights switch is also a relay and linked to signals left/right try checking this out ?
SOURCE: Brake/turn signals/flashers not working, fuses ok, what now?
There should also be a unit called the electronic flash module / unit. It should be somewhere under the driver's side dash.. unfortunately I do not know where in particular

The emergency flasher and the turn signal flasher are two separate items. You could have a defective T/S flasher.
