Randomly, with no particular speeds, will be driving along and the rear end starts to violently shake and sounds like one of rear brakes are engaging and disengaging while trying to slow down. The shake only stops when come to complete stop then we can drive for another mile or so before it does it again. Then if jeep sits for a day it will drive a day or two with no problem then it will strike again with no rhyme or reason. HELP!
SOURCE: violent steering shake
did you check the ball joint on arm to track bar? check ball joints on centre bar also check wheel bearing preload and the condition of the crosses and yokes of the universal joints
SOURCE: jeep front end shakes badly
Bent rods....Okay...first thing...did you hit anything or or run over anything? Second, did you go off-roading....
It could be a few things....some easy and some expensive...but need to know what you have done with the Jeep first.

1. out of balance tire because it sounds speed spacific.
2. worst of all! Loose lug nuts or possibly loose spindle nut. (you will need to lift the wheel off the ground to tell)
3. worn linkages i.e. ball joints, steering linkage, anything that would allow play in the front wheels.

check you tires for seperation or unbalace...
