You might be able to get this information by calling Toyota and asking for a wiring diagram or any other documentation that contains the torque settings.

Conrod bearings: 64nm
Cyl Head: 44nm +90? +90? - USE NEW BOLTS

go on line -typr in torque specifications for toyota 1jz engine and there will be a pdf spec sheet of all the vehicle torque settings.

Torque setting Toyota Land-cruiser 80 Series 4.5 1995-98
Engine code: 1FZ-FE, 1HD.
Stage 1: 20 Nm (Start tightening bolts from center to outwards)
Stage 2: 39 Nm
Stage 3: Rotate each bolt by 90 Degrees.
Stage 4: Further rotate each bolt by 90 Degrees

Torque: 59 N-m (600 kgf-cm, 43 ft-lbf)

Normally the torque settings should be in your manual? If not , try call any Toyota Servic/Dealership centre.

If you have a vehicle application for the motor you can get a Haynes or Chilton manual from your local auto parts store. They usual run around $30.
