BBEVAP? Yeah, I'm guessing you took it to autozone or something to have the codes ran. It has to do with pressure all around your car. The purge valve releases extra fumes in your car

cutting a section off of another old frame to fix yours isn't worth it. it would be easyer to take it to a metal shop and have them fix it. at least you know that the repair will last.
TELLING U THE #1 CYLINDER IS MISFIRING IS NOT A DIAGNOSIS.DIAGNOSIS WOULD BE IF THEY TOLD U WHY.MANY THINGS CAN CAUSE A MISS.VACUUM LEAK(MANIFOLD),FUEL INJECTOR,LOW COMPRESSION,VALVES.
