The horn relay is under the hood driver side in the little fuse box that is close to or between the air filter and radiator refill tank

One relay is going to work both horns if there are two horns.
horns are different than relays.
all horns are ran from one relay.
the horns are only different in sounds.
if one horn is not working and the other is its the horn itself.
disconnect the horn itself and listen for the relay clicking .

Horn not working

Without knowing the car, the generic answer is to start at the fusebox and see if the fuse is blown. If it's good, check the horn relay. If it clicks and you get 12v coming out of it with the horn installed then, check the horn itself by hitting it with 12v. If the relay does not click (presuming it's not solid state) then you'll have to check the round contactor at the steering column which allows the wheel to turn multiple turns and still pass the signal. While you've got it apart, check the horn switch. If all those components work (including the horn) but the horn still does not sound when you hit the switch, check for a bad grounding wire from the horn.

The clip for my horn is broken, so horn not working, how can i change that?

It needs to be grounded to some metal part on the car. If the mount is rusted or broken you can drill a hole on the horn its self and attach a wire to it using a metal screw then attach the other end to something metal on the car.

Need a horn for my 1985 jaguar xj6

The horns themselves, as well as the electrical relays, can often be replaced with a standard ones from one of the auto parts stores. If parts are not available for the horn switch, An different switch, again from the parts store, can be installed or one obtained for a salvage yard.

How to fix horn problem in 1996 toyota corolla

HI,
Try to find out first what is the part that cause the malfunction of the horn.
The three major part of the horn is the relay, harness & horn pad, and horn itself.
Check the relay if it is functioning by replacing it with similar type ( if you have the spare or a similar relay in the relay/fuse box in engine compartment ). Let somebody push the pad horn and if you hear a clicking sound on the relay, it means there is a current that activates the relay( no probs from the horn pad and harness ).
Check the horn, just get a wire and directly connect it to the positive pole of the battery and connect it( wire ) to the positive terminal of the horn, it should activate the horn, if not the problem is the horn and you have to replace it.

Hope that helps!
