Reset your fuel pump? If you mean the inertia switch, all you have to do is push the button on the inertia switch to reset it. It is located in the lower left rear corner of the trunk.
Please note that if your fuel pump is not working, it is NOT the inertia switch unless you have been involved in an accident, or slammed something (like a curb or a HUGE pothole) pretty hard recently. If this is what happened, the engine would have died IMMEDIATELY after such an accident.
If you have key less entry on the 99, then it can be reprogrammed. Instructions are in the manual, or you can call a ford dealer. I don't want to give you an improper procedure and frustrate you. But it only takes about 30 seconds.
