I have a 1999 F350 7.3 diesel that has a service engine soon light on but code readers state no codes found, I have tried several different readers.
SOURCE: 1994 Buick Lesabre service engine soon light. Can't read code.
I found several shops in my area, Albany, NY that had the older code readers. It worked fine, and cost me $30.00. It showed a bad O2 sensor that I replaced myself. I suggest you go to a reliable shop. Auto Zone/Advance etc.. do not have the right code readers. Joe
SOURCE: trouble code P1744
Torque Converter Clutch System Stuck in Off Position. I would clear that one and see if it comes back. You would be ok to get a smog test done with this code. Its a transmission code. If it does come back I would take it to a transmission shop and have it checked out further. Thanks for using FixYa!

SOURCE: yellow wrench service soon light comes on
The difference is the yellow wrench is a mantinence required light it doesent mean there is a problem its a reminder to get service like oil changes . Everytime you get an oil change the tech has to reset the mantinence light . The reset instructions are in the owners manual
SOURCE: Service Engine soon light Code P0133
I just came from an Autozone, and then spoke with 2 Hyundai dealership service departments and they all three stated the P0113 code is the Intake Air Temperature sensor (IAT, also referred to as the Mass Air Pressure - MAP - sensor) on the engine, not an O2 sensor found in the exhaust system.
