SOURCE: 2000 Dodge Stratus wont fire

You need to check for spark. Usualy when you have no spark at all it, will be the ignition module. It is what the coils are plugged into. It should look like a flat silver plate.

Firing order 2.5L 2000 dodge stratus

I show a 2.4L and a 2.0 L and a 3.0L, but not 2.5L in this model and year Dodge so I assume you have the 2.4L the firing order of the 2.0Land 2.4L is 1-3-4-2 The 3.0L V6 firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6

2006 dodge stratus firing order

usually you can find the firing order numbers on the engine block near the spark plugs and on the side of the distributor cap match the numbers and connect the corresponding high tension leads, hope that helped
