Tune up and the correct timing needs to be set when you are done with new cap and rotor, try that first, when you remove the cap do not turn it just lift it off or the timing gets messed up.

Nine times out of ten when you replace the mounts on your car it should be all of them. Going in on this I didn't know I had more than one motor mount. then I had to purchase a transmission mount and...

What year and model are you working on ? On your front motor mounts one is getting torque when going forward and the other gets torque when in reverse. So essentially one has a bit more demand than the other. But you still need to make sure that the one that you did not change is not broken and is in good condition. The shaking on the freeway over 60 could be a few different things. A tire could be out of balance or may have a broken band inside. The other thing in mind would be a bad universal joint. And again it could be other things ,but I would have to know what vehicle you are working on.

My 2002 chevy impala shakes whem i accelerate the gas between 40-60 mph. I changed the tires and 2 motor mounts but it still shakes

When you changed your tires were the wheels inspected to make sure they weren't bent. If on of your wheels is bent even just a little it could cause your shake. You could try rotating the front ones to the back and see if it makes a difference. I would inspect your wheel bearings and front CV axles and joints. If one of those it bad it will cause your shake.

93 camry 3.0L V6 timing belt

A 6 cylinder is an interference fit engine . Chances are you bent some valves IF the belt slipped.
Mounts usually don't make a vehicle shake as you described.
I believe the milage intervalfor timing belts is every 60 thousand.
Good luck
