my guess, its AF , antifreeze , smell it? sickening sweet. bingo
the core is leaking, look for Green AF at passengers foot
and under car, at A/C drip tube....
if im right its a big job.
change AF every 2 years, and this will never happen again.
ive run jeeps for 250k miles, many; and not one ever blew a core.
heater core.
All AF goes to ACID as it ages , and eats the core to death.

Yes you do need a heater core, if not replaced it will only get worse.

heater valve if you have 1 ,or temp control actuator which is under the dash and takes hours to replace!

OK. So the blower notor isn't operating. Do you have power to the blower motor? The resistor is new from what I got. If you don't have power to the blower motor, then check the speed control switch and fuses. If you have power at the blower motor, replace the blower motor

Water level perhaps. When you hit the accelerator the water volume increases. Check your water level and make sure that your thermostat is opening and closing properly. Water level I'm thinking

THE ELECTRIC ACTUATOR MOTOR NOT WORKING. NOT ALLOWING AIR DOOR TO OPEN SO THE AC AIR CAN CIRCULATE THROUGH THE VENTS.
