When the chime goes off I don't show any warning lights on the dash board. Sometimes I can drive a few miles without it going off. Sometimes I can drive a very short distance and it will chime several times. I wonder if it can be the CTM. I have a 2003 Dodge Dakota. Any suggestions?
I have a 2005 sonata - There is a pin on the inside of the driver's side door - covered with a black piece of rubber - We built up a layer of 2 to 4 pieces of duct tape on the swinging door to hold the pin tigher - every now and then you need to replace the duct tape -and just to everyone else - it was ringing with the seat belt on while driving sometimes - for hours!! I took it to the dealer and they had only a temporary solution - the bell will still ring when you leave the keys in the car by accident and if you don't put your seat belt on! Marsha

Check all your seat belt attachments! This seem to be a leading oroblem with all vehicles that has a few miles on them. All it takes is wasting coffie or soda's into one of those locking mechanisms and it thinks the seat belt is not locked. All these vehicles have seat sensors too! If you sat anything more than 3 to 5 lbs on the seat, it thinks someone is sitting on the seat and the chime will continually go off and drive you nuts. Hope this helps you with your problem Sir

check your fluids and bleed the brake system , if that is all the issues your having . if low on fluid and keeps draining out then you have whats known as a caliper seal broken and that means $30-50 bucks for a new one/rebuilt , i know i drove mine like that for a bit and had to replace the driver side.

I have the same problem with my 95 Toyota T100. My O/D off light started flashing when my speedometer cable broke this week-end. I assume the electronic transmission is using the speed data to manage the overdrive.
Have your speedometer problem fixed and your flashing light will turn off.

Sounds like your fuel filter need's to be changed. Start with that and good luck.

It can be several things the ABS modulator, wheel sensors... I would bring it to the dealer and have them diagnose it, they will then retrieve the Abs DTC that your car is giving and pinpoint the problem, this will probably be cheaper than guessing and hoping replacing things will fix the problem!
