All 4 O2 sensors failed at same time

No that is not possible. You either have lost power or ground to sensors or the system has a fuel control issue.

I have a 04 sequoia and the codes p0031 and p0051 are coming up. How do I fix this?

Trouble code P0031 means: Oxygen Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low - Bank 1 Sensor 1 .
Error code p0051:replace O2 sensor ($75-150 depending if OEM) before catalytic converter. need O2 socket ($10) to get at and tough to get to if vehicle isn't at least on a ramp.
