97 Jeep Grand Cherokee only blows heat and ac out of dashboard

replace the panel control or heat control valve

check water level in radiator- can be low enough for no heat but engine still not overheat

possibly some other part affecting the blend door if you feel ac air or no heat

check the vacumn pipes first ,they perish and split so the flaps dont work

ac blower motor spark no clue

sounds like you got a broken/ leaking heater core that needs to be changed

the HVAC blend door is broken trust me on this one.

The control for the AC/Heater door isn't working. To have AC the door has to close so that the hot air is not being blown into the car. When this door is closed it allows the cool air to pass through. This is either controled by vacuum or a ele. switch

There is a vacuum leak under the hood. If it's a 6 cylinder, look on the drivers side for a vacuum line that runs vertical with a 90 degree angle fitting to the manifold. That one usually comes off. If it is a V8 look on the battery side for a broken or corroded vacuum line.

look for Main A/C relay, look for fuses, or go to a/c shop and have gas check out, perhaps leaks, perhaps evaporator, perhaps condenser, but start for relay box on front passengers side, or fuses on same side
