I changed the batteries in my car alarm remote and now I'm having problems synching it back up to my 2002Isuzu rodeo sport. Any ideas on how to get it fixed would be great! I've already triedthe turning the key open the door method multiple times. It didn't work. Any advice would be great, thanks.

you need to find out which wires go to what like the ones going into the alarm and the ones coming from the car u might have to put them back together..hopefully they are color coordinated for you good luck

Assuming you have a second key try using that one to deactivate the alarm, if not replace battery in remote. Does lock and unlock work now? you will need to get the remote operational to disengage the security feature that will not allow car to start.
if not disconnect the car battery let sit for 15 min to reset system try again..make sure bettery in remote is installed properly.

do you have a remote? sometimes when you have remote unlocks and lock with the remote and try to unlock manually(with key) the security system "thinks" its being picked and will not allow the vehicle to start or run.
if problem still occurs let us know and we will gladly get you through this

Your security system could have a problem, replace battery in keyless remote. If not helping you may have to take it somewhere and have security system checked

PLESE DONT EVEN TRY.it aint that simple, the computer tells the engine that you have the right key but as you dont have remote locking anymore it thinks your trying to STEAL it.you NEED to replace the remote fob.(you call it keyless entry)think of it this way if it were that simple why fit an alarm system in the first place....(someone asked if you could take out a fuse to stop the alarm !!!!!.)
