Check your oil. If oil is too low, it makes a rattling noise in acceleration. Also, be careful that it isn't your timing chain. The timing chain, once it's starting to fail, will make that noise as well.

I would assume the acceleration sensor, (probably a mercury tilt switch), is improperly mounted. It has to be perfectly vertical.

I have 1993 toyota Tercel, It start good but when I put in drive gear it pick up at very slow speed and when I press accelarator it will go fast, But as soon I left the accelarator it will slow down. Why

If you haven't change air filter do so and something you try to check is the catalistic converter may be plug and is not leading the engine perform good.
