1995 jeep wrangler electrical issue (ground?)

Sounds like your turn signal switch is faulty. Did someone work on your turn signals, try to fix something, didn't know what they were doing? Was the steering wheel pulled off for any reason? May be crossed wires under steering wheel

Check the bulbs again. They can be plugged in two different ways. Sometimes when their put in wrong, the fault you described will occur.

Jeep - right turnsignal won't flash

Probably a bad ground on your front right signal, or a bad bulb. Try switching the right with the left, and see if the problem stays in the same place, or goes with the bulb.

Brake lights on my wrangler won't work

Check the fuses under the dash. If they are o.k. Check the bulbs. If they are o.k. then it may be the combination switch. (turn signal switch)

Left rear turn signal and brake light dont work

You have a broken wire to the turn/brake light portion of the light as they use the same wire. Or where the plug goes into the light assy could be bad. Torsion mount lights are horrible and you should think about replacing with a universal light that you can wire direct.
