I guess my first question is - how do you know the oil is too hot ? Engine oil is designed to handle several hundred degrees of heat, so unless the engine coolant is over 275 degrees the oil should be functioning correctly. If you have worn bearings you can loose oil pressure as the oil heats up because the oil gets thinner. And if the oil pressure drops below 5psi you could loose power to the fuel pump.
Unfortunately this will be kind of hard but, it sounds like you may have a blown head gasket depending on where on the passenger car it's leaking? Drive the car get it hot. Leave it running get out and pop the hood. Start looking for leaks. Use a powerful flashlight to help look. If it doesn't leak while you're driving and only after the car is shut off then I'd say you're creating a vacuum in the coolant system, change your coolant cap at that point.
You need a new radiator if it only does it with the A/C on. It means you don't have enough cooling capacity anymore to handle the extra heat from the A/C.
