The neutral safety switch is an important component that prevents the engine from starting unless the transmission is in the neutral or park position. If you no longer have the switch, you can bypass it by jumping the starter relay. This can be done by connecting the two wires that would normally go to the switch directly to each other.
Here's how to do it:

1. Locate the starter relay in the underhood fuse box or the power distribution center.
2. Find the two wires that would normally go to the neutral safety switch. These wires are usually color-coded and easily recognizable.
3. Using a jumper wire, connect the two wires directly to each other.
4. Turn the key to the "on" position and see if the engine cranks.

Note: Bypassing the neutral safety switch can be dangerous as it eliminates an important safety feature. It's also ******* in some states and can void the warranty on your vehicle. Consider using the bypass as a temporary solution until you can obtain and install a new neutral safety switch.
