My Wife's 2003 Dodge Caravan has a wet floorboard dripping down from condensation from a black plastic cover over the foot area. Not an outside leak. I have a 97 caravan , cleaned passenger side ac condensation drain and still getting drips on the driver side. Took the cover off that covers the blower motor, everything is dry on the passenger side!! Any body have an answer? Besides pulling dash out...... And no its not coolant (heater core)
Your heater core (a small radiator) in the heaterbox is leaking
That's condensate from the ac
I have this same problem. Small black box behind glove box is leaking. Drips from the screws, and I can feel moisture from the seams on the plastic. It will appear all dry, I have carpets and insulation all pulled back, and all is now dry on the floor. I used a fan in the car for several days. But when I drive the car, the water comes sloshing out and running down the wall on passenger side. (the front wall, which is at your feet under dash, interior side of engine firewall.) I have not put the carpet back down yet so it is easy to see the dry wall turn wet. How do I get the water out of the heater box? I think have the leaked fixed and that this is residual water left behind possible from when it was leaking. I took off the cowl, cleaned out the screen, the drains, and caulked between the cowl and the windshield when I put the cowl back on. Also, if I was to try to check the ac drainage tube, to I find it on the rear firewall, passenger side from up above, or do I go under the car to find it?

Its Not coolant, It only drips when the ac has been running for a while. I don't know what coolant your using, but mines green and the drip is clear. Not only that but if it were coolant it would have a sweet smell and the carpet would never dry as coolant doesn't dry.
