All power comes on when i turn the key but nothing else. gauges move slightly. No clicking or flywheel noises. All connections are tight. There was a loose wire on the cellanoid which I tightened.

That Clicking is the Battery causing it not to Start. You need to Replace that Battery or at Least put a Charger on it for a Couple of hours to see if you can Salvage it for a While.

Sounds like a bad ground. If the battery voltage does not drop when the starter is engaged, the starter is not getting the juice. Check the ground connection again. 90%

your battery isnt holding enough charge to crank the starter.thats what the clicking is. try charging you battery for a good 8-10 hours, if it still does the same thing you'll need a new battery.
