Had a similar problem and it just ended up being the sensor for the EVAP controls. Stupid I know but it fixed the rough idle. Error code was P1443. Worth a try.

try pulling off the air breather hose and look inside at the mass air flow sensor,it looks like a wire with a diode hooked to it incase you didnt know, see if there is any fuzz on it,sometimes the air filter will lose small pieces and the mass air flow sensor catches it.If that doesnt work then you may have a fuel problem, weak pressure, causing the mass air flow sensor to read too much air so it tricks the computer to adjust the issue.

I'd be looking at removing IAC valve, and cleaning it out with throttle body spray cleaner, and checking mounting gasket as well. Usually some success with cleaning it & spray ports it came out of, but if not you may need to replace it.

Try cleaning the throttle body with throttle body cleaner. Remove intake hose at throttle end. Spray cleaner on butterfly and open throttle by hand, spray inside throttle body and let the build up run back out. Wipe clean with clean dry cloth, and repeat. It will be hard to start after putting back on, but it will start with 5-6 engine turns. It's the cleaner in the throttle. The injectors ca be cleaned with them in, they will run clean the fuel system. I usually buy Lucas injector cleaner and add 109 octane booster from wal-mart or your local parts store. Lucas is wonderful and the booster will clean your system. A lot cheaper than a shop cleaning it.
