A good auto electrician with a professional grade scan tool computer can diagnose the ECM for faults in about 20 to 30 minutes. It is not a job for 'let's try changing this'. If it is bad, a new one needs a tech to install as it has to be programmed with the VIN Number and mileage and set up.

Fuse box is located in the glove compartment. Empty the glove compartment, then the side will pop out for access to the fuses.

You probably already have found it but here is a suggestion; The main fuse box is located to the left of the steering column, and there are other fuses behind the glove compartment. The relay/fuses for A/C fuel pump, etc are under the hood on the right hand side I believe.

• The engine compartment fuse box is attached with the battery tray in the engine compartment.
• The passenger compartment fuse box is located behind the glove box in the instrument panel.

Then there is also the fuse box in the engine compartment, that is next to the windshield wiper fluid on the passenger side.
