Tried cap on fuel line and had pressure,also tried red button in trunk.it was down,what else can I try

This sounds strange to happen after a service is done on another area of the vehicle. I would look at damage done by the hoist mechanism.
The hoists have lifting arms which meet the frame of your car. You have wires for the O2 sensors which can hang low. The fuel lines follow the frame and possibly could be crushed.
Vibrations. Air wrenches make vibrations which theoretically could shatter delicate electronic components. If you have sediment in the tank, this is also a concern, Some Ford products use a tank filter which can disinegrate and clog the fuel pump.
Get a pressure reading from the test port of the fuel rail. It will tell you if the problem is there.

How about the injector? In the engine junction fuse box the fuse for the injector power is in there make sure its not open
