Is the noise mostly while turning and lightly accelerating? Does noise sound like your driving over like crushed rock or small rocks? If so, you more then likely need a "C/V SHAFT", (D/V=constant velocity). If the noise is "clangy" or metal tinny like, you may have a bent backing plate behind the rotor. Most places check the "C/V Shaft Boots" when oil is changed. If not change where you get oil changed. With car up on a hoist, look at 'boot' right nest to wheel, if boot (accordian looking rubber) usually opens on inner groove and grease leaks(spins) out exposing the (Mezzepa) bearing, dirt gets in and you hear dirt grinding in the bearing joints when you turn. Get NEW only, Part $50-$100., most mechanics labor 1 to 2 hours. car brands vary.

Rattling, clanking sound over small bumps on drivers side front tires area when driving

Check the droplinks for the anti roll bar... some are like ball joints, and they can seize, which causes the symptoms you are getting.

2002 eldorado makes a loud noise when I'm driving. If I'm parked and pressing the gas I don't hear it but as soon as I begin to drive and I get around 15 mph I hear it coming from the passenger side. I...

If the noise doesn't change when you turn left or right while you are moving than The first thing I would look at is the tire. Check for uneven wear or cupping. The tread should be worn evenly and smoothly all the way around the tire. Something you can try to at least eliminate the tires as the problem is to rotate the tires. If the noise changes, stops, or moves from the front to the rear than you know its the tires.

If the noise still persists after rotating the tires than we will have to think of something else.

My 2004 F-150 2WD is making a clanking noise on front left tire

The sway bar linkage probably came undone on one of the sides. Wikipedia has a picture of what your sway bar linkage may look like:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sway_bar

That is a picture of a Porsche sway bar, but the idea is the same. Make sure all bolts are tight and that one end is not missing the linkage that connects it to the spring/strut. The grinding of the brakes may be the sound of the linkage piece touching the rotor. Sway bar is a logical solution to both issues.

If that doesn't fix the issue, put the front end of the truck on blocks or jack stands and have somebody wiggle the tire up/down and side to side while you inspect the mechanical components underneath. Other things to check may be the ball joints, tie rod ends and suspension bits.
