Left rear door speaker grille is damaged. I have a replacement, how do I switch them? Do I need to remove the entire door panel?
SOURCE: Door panel removal
there are a few screws you need to remove before pulling off the panel. one is in the inner door handle, the other is behind the inner door release handle and there may be one in the very top left of door panel

Bad news...you have just sent your phone # around the world!!! Good news is there should be lots of doors in local scrapyards...most larger yards also work online and can locate one.
SOURCE: remove interior rear door panel
On the inside trim, you can remove screws (these screws may be covered by filler pieces or may be visible, or they may require you pry a plastic piece off that covers the screws) that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls.

SOURCE: 2012 grand cherokee how do you remove left front door trim panel
Be careful at what you are doing, because of the wires behind the door, but some where near the door handle ( not the release handle) there should be two small caps, pop those off, remove the screws, and the door panel should pop off easily with a screwdriver.
Do not attempt to remove more than one pushpin at a time.
To install:
This procedure applies to both the front and rear door panels.
