Code p0201 im throwing a P0201 on my 2001 xterra. Any idea's what that means?

po328 is a knock sensor code ,0174 &0420 are emissions codes. Possibly a faulty knock sensor throwing out the timing, It may just have a vacuum leak causing it to run lean, affecting the timing causing knock sensor code, Scan for live readings, ck knock sensor, o2 sensors, A/F ratio & converter,clogged injector ect. Is this a 4.0 liter or a 2.5 liter wrangler? Sometimes the crankshaft sensor causes these things to make these codes come up. Crankshaft position sensors are very common of going bad on Jeep vehicles.

the causes of the codes are --wiring---injectors--- ECM
unless you have a wiring loom connector disconnected say at the ECM or at the engine loom for the injectors ,I would suggest replacing the ecm with a known good one as the common failure point is the ECM

This shows list of codes. You have so many faults hard to know where to start. Was new engine an EXACT match for the old one? If not, did you change ECM? Appears MAF is not connected or bad, and also #1 injector circuit is bad. Others also.

I will give you what the codes mean and you can then work out what to replace.
code p0171 refers to system too lean--bank 1===causes intake / exhaust leak---AIR system---MAF/VAF sensor---fuel pressure/pump---injector/s---HO2s
code p0201 refers to injector 1--circuit malfunction===causes--- wiring--injector ---ECM
code p0202 refers to injector 2 --circuit malfunction===causes --wiring---injector--ECM
code p0203efers to injector 3 --circuit malfunction===causes---wiring--- injector --ECM
code p0204 refers to injector 4 --circuit malfunction===causes ---wiring ---injector ---ECM
code po321 refers to crank shaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor---range / performance problem===causes---air gap---metal particle contamination---insecure sensor /rotor --wiring---CKP/RPM sensor.

Hate to say it but it could probably be you PCM.

Trouble Code Conditions:
DTC P0100, P0101, P0110, P0115, P0120, P0121, P0130, P0133, P0136, P0135, P0136, P0141, P0153, P0155, P0201-206, P0300, P0301-P0306, P0401, P0402 and P0441 not set, engine running in closed loop at a stable engine speed, and the PCM detected the lean or rich fuel trim correction value was more than or less than a calibrated limit in memory.

Possible Causes:

• Air leaks present in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipes
  
• Air being drawn in from leaks in engine gaskets or other seals
  
• Base engine "mechanical" fault affecting one or more cylinders
  
• Fuel control sensor is out of calibration (i.e., ECT, IAT or MAF)
  
• Fuel delivery system supplying too much or too little fuel at idle or cruise (e.g., faulty fuel pump or dirty, restricted fuel filter)
  
• One or more fuel injectors is dirty, leaking or stuck open/closed
  
• HO2S element is contaminated, damaged or it has failed
