When I am driving, the voltage meter drops and my lights dim on the car. However, I have had the alternator, battery, and starter tested. The results come back that they are all working properly. What is going on with my car?
The alternator requires a minimum rpm to produce sufficient current to power everything, When you take your foot off the gas pedal, the engine rpm drops below the minimum required to produce current. This is common in most cars, and not a problem.
