Need to know location of the Starter Relay for a 2001 Saturn SL2

Having intermittent trouble starting car, despite fully charged battery, with full electric functionality otherwise. Occasionally car will start after waiting a few minutes, but last time a tow truck driver opened the under dash fuse box and tapped on what he described as the "Ignition Relay" and the car immediately started. Unfortunately, the owners manual does not really identify any of the fuses or relays as an "Ignistion" or "Starter" relay.

Hard call without inspecting it but it could possibly be a fuseable link. I am not familiar with newer models but sounds like a connection issue. If it has fuseable links then one could be bad. Had the exact same problem and I spent $350 on parts and a days labor until I found the link. 20 min later and $5 I fixed it. i was really frustrated but when another vehicle did it, I fixed it quick

probably the crank sensor, above the starter on the firewall side-no crank signal, no fuel pump activation.

My saturn SL2 died at idle...and now wont crank over...there is juice to the starter and the battery has 13.1 volts

Any starter clicking noises? Try moving the shifter to "N" neutral and try starting the car.
IF that is not successful, find the starter relay in the under-hood fuse box, replace the relay with an identical relay from the under-hood fuse box and see if it will start. This will then eliminate the park/neutral start switch and the starter relay.
Let me know what you find.

Where is the starter relay located on a 1993 Saturn sl2

It is probably part of the starter. If you are sure it is now, trace power from the starter. It should lead right to it.

Our 2001 saturn sedan wont start we only hear a click noise. can it be a blown fuse for the security on the car that may be causing the car not to start

Chck that the battery is fully charged . There used to be a syaing that, "many clicks means it's a bad battery. One click may be the starter". The solenoid is not engaging the flywheel. If the battery is fully charged the starter is bad.

I'm having problems with my Saturn SL2 Sedan When I turn the Key Nothing happens.

First check battery to see if it has a charge. Do this by placing one hand on each post of the battery...lol. NO, dont do that. Turn your head lights on. If they work, probably not battery. If lights work, try cranking it over with them on. If lights dim a lot, then its a eletrical problem somewere else. It could be many things after that. A bad starter motor, coil, fuse...etc. Need to do a little trouble shooting on it to find out more. Good luck. John.
