SOURCE: 2005 Toyota Camry (2.4 L) control arm bushings tearing out

most of the time the bushings are so hard and tight they neeed to be put in using a hydraulic press, requiring them to be removed from the vehicle. they may not cause any symptoms in your steering but they may squeak and/or eventually break loose which, during travel, is very unsafe. i advise to get them changed

I have a 2002 chevy impala,drivers side windshield works great,the passenger side doesn't work at all,help!

You mean wiper arm ? Probably broken wiper arm linkage bushing you can't see , under the cowling . Can you move the passenger wiper arm up an down without much effort ? An not the drivers side ? To see it or get at it you would need to pull wiper arms off an take cowling off to get at it . How to fix wiper linkage

Order a new one on the internet and just replace it. You can buy generic parts for the arms but they won't last.

Broken windshield wiper arm bushing

That would be a dealer item only. You will not find a replacement in any aftermarket parts supply store that I am aware of. You may have to buy the whole arm that has the broken bushing.

Wind shield wipers dont work. I can hear the motor running but the wipers wont move.. Whats wrong??

The wiper motor has an arm ( or two ) linking the motor to the wipers. These arms have plastic bushings and it is possible one or more bushings wore out and the arm (s) fell off the motor. You'll need to look at a specific repair manual for your car to see where exactly the arm ( s ) are and what is involved in replacing those bushings, as some vehicles require you to replace the arm with the bushings and others allow you to just replace the bushings.
Hope this helps!!

Left windshield wiper does not work, but right does work, how do you repair

Might also be the nylon bushing cap on the steel arm. These break and let the linkage separate, causing the affected arm to disconnect. Look for the AC Delco 19120840 Windshield Washer Transmission Kit on Amazon or ebay.

Windshield wiper driver's side went limp wind

THe wind doesn't just push the power arm off, it must be broken and will need be replaced, You need to check if the actuall bracket that holds the arm is broken as well. It has teeth on it which when the arm is put on it lock in place with a clip
