OR, they usually come with a card with the number on it, it might be in the glove box and you forgot about it, many guys at dealerships when the car is new, will write it in the owners manual were it tells you how to unlock it.

You will need the code to get it working. You may need Audi for this. Never disconnect the battery, or the alarm with trip on. Since it is frozen, I would try and remove the fuse, and reinstall it to reset the stereo. Then try the code.
I got lucky in my 2001 VW passat, when the stereo code was needed, but then the next day it started working by itself.

If the code is not at the back of your manual, try 0000 and if the radio locked it self from taking any more codes. Just disconnect the battery and that will reset the radio so you can re-enter the code. If 0000 did not work then log on to Radio-code.com, you can get your cod there for like $12.00 which is cheaper then the dealer and you get to know the codes as most dealer will just unlock the radio. if you do not have original anti-theft radio code you will need to remove radio and retrieve s/n off of radio. once you have that you can go into nearest honda dealer and with s/n they can give you correct radio code

look up the manufature of your stereo once you find that look and download the users manual for it. it should tell you how to unlock your stereo if you forgot your code. Or send me the specs and i will do it for you.
