on some vehicles there is a switch that disables lights some are on dash some are on the overhead light. if only one bulb ck bulb, if all lights could also be fuse
On some of the vehicles, the ignition switch must be on to power the 12 volt lights. Try that first. I assume that you are using a 7 pin connector, otherwise the running lights can feed power to the interior lights. You can bypass this by running an inline fused wire from the battery to the wiring, but you must disconnect the switched wiring and secure it. You don't want feedback into the wiring harness. Also try http://www.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx. They have a great website with lots of info.
depending on what lights dont work, i know this is a long shot but, it could be possible you accidently bumped the dimmer switch all the way to the off position. I went 3 months thinking my dash was shot, when it was just the dimmer switch:)
There is another fuse box under the back seat that has the fuse for the interior lights. I have the same problem. I keep replacing fuses but they keep blowing. I don't know what to do.
