Have you check the timing? Both for ignition and valve.

Code 1682 indicates low battery voltage. This could be a problematic alternator, which would likely cause misfiring. Autozone should be able to check this for you for free.

Code 1391 indicates the computer can not see the crank or cam sensor signal. This would likely be a result of the misfires.

Code 0320 indicates the crankshaft position sensor reference signal could not be found while the engine is cranking.

All of these issues point to either a cam/crank sensor malfunction or a charging system problem, either or both of which could cause the misfiring.

If my jeep wrangler 2011 is misfiring on cyclender number four. I changed wires, spark plugs, and coil pack. check engine light still comes on and its says same thing when diagonist..

Are there any driveability issues, can you feel the misfire? Just about anything can cause a misfire, did you visually check for spark? check your fuel pressure and fuel injector. Also, check cylinder compression. Sometimes the code isn't valid because of faulty sensor, somewhere.

Cylinder misfire still shows after spark plugs have been changed

We see this alot on all makes and models.
The code for a cylinder miss is actually telling you the cylinder did not produce power.
The cause could be spark, but also fuel or compression.

Hi JHWalker
I would try doing the fuel pump filter or fuel pump itself if they are one unit.

Hope this help you.

Check engine light codes and troubleshooting

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak for the lean code and the misfires. I don't see a 473 code in my manual, but have a 463. The 463 is for the fuel level sensor open or voltage high.

Put the key in the ignition and turn it on and off (3) times without starting the jeep, leaving it in the on position count the (1) flashing indicator Light, Eg: (5) flashes, Then there will be a pause, then it may flash (3) times, this is a code #53. Keep your Eye on them and write them down. If you should miss (1) Repeat as many times as needed, Info: A #55 means there are no codes!!

Check engine light on

Go to an autoparts store.
Most of them will pull the trouble codes for free and tell you what they mean. :)
