Can you adjust a power window regulator on a 1994 toyota camry? My window goes down but it won't go back up, only with a little help when i push it up will it go up. I can here the motor trying when i do this. On some photos i seen it looks like there is way to adjust the wire pulley. Any suggestions?
The motor needs replacing not adjusting. If you can help the window do up and it stops at the top, it's 'adjusted' properly.
You could pull the door panel and maybe lube the motor/drive and cables. It might work a year or a day.
But while you have the door panel off why not just put in a whole new unit. It's just as much trouble to 'fix' it as it is to replace it.
You could limp thru by spraying some silicone in the window track.

there is a bar that runs with the gear arms about half the length of the door in which the glass sits in on the track there are a couple
tabs that hold the glass in so the window dont slip out if your missing these tabs the window will fall down from vibration or just timely wareing down
the way to get at the window track is by removing the door panel accessing the window area behind metal door and replaceing tabs or if newer silicone that was used in its place
you will need a door panel remover tool that looks like a snakes tounge but bigger this is to pop the door panels clips with out damaging the clips or door panel

if you dont want to pursue doing the window your self you can always call a windshield and glass repair shop they can come out and mount your window for you at a price i dont know how much where your at in the world

Can you hear the moter or do interior lights dim when pressing button? If so remove door panel and lubricate tracks and rolers using lithium grease lube only the tracks that do not come in contact with glass.
Check the connections at the switch and at the moter with a volt meter if there is power than time for a new moter. no power than check at drivers side switch. If no power there and fuse is ok you have a open in wires and will have to trace entire circut
