I have a Dodge 2005 Grand Caravan .When turn AC on Floorboard gets Wet on passenger side it drips on outside a little too but not sure if it should drip more or is there another problem why it is getting wet inside..........can anyone help
Auto ac units have an outside drain for the condensation. If you ever noticed a car running and it looks like it's leaking something on a hot day it's the condensed water from the ac unit draining. What you have is a clogged or disconnected drain hose.
You need to find the hose and drain and reconnect them. Sounds simple, good luck.
Take a look outside under hood, at firewall on passenger side for a little rubber or similar tube sticking out, that's your drain. take a small pipe cleaner or something to poke in there & try cleaning it out. Be careful not to go in too far & damage heater core or something. See if that doesn't help.
Aircons do leak depending on the humidity that is normal but the water inside may be a leak, id get a mechanic to take a look
